Arsenal attacker Santi Cazorla has won the PFA Fans’ Player of the
month award after his heroics in January
The Spanish international has been in
scintillating form for the Gunners as he scored one goal and registered one
assist.
Cazorla was key for Arsenal’s
memorable 2-0 Premier League win over Champions Manchester City at the Etihad
where he put on a Man-of-the-match performance with a goal and assist.
The North London club are currently
fifth level on points with forth placed Southampton but have inferior goal
difference.
The diminutive but prodigious play
maker has scored more goals in his last 10 Premier League games (6) than he
managed all of last season (4).
The Gunners hope Cazorla will
continue his fine run when they make short trip to White Hart Lane for this
weekend's North London derby.
