Arsenal midfielder Santi Cazorla believes that teammate Alexis Sanchez
is the best signing of the season in the Premier League.
The Chilean prodigy joined the
Gunners in the summer from Barcelona in a reported £35m deal and has been a
revelation in the Premier League.
With 18 goals in all competitions for
Arsenal so far, Sanchez is a cut above the rest of new signings such as Chelsea
pair Diego Costa and Cesc Fabregas according to the Spanish attacker.
The 30-year old Sport
Magazine: "He's the best signing in the Premier League.
"There were plenty of good
signings – like Diego Costa and Cesc Fabregas but Alexis Sanchez has been huge
for us.
"He's ambitious, he wants to get
better with every training session, and it was positive for him to leave
Barcelona. He's now playing with another mindset and he's playing
fantastically."
